Annette Arnold Annette has appeared in numerous television programs and feature films. She got her start in the starring role of Louise Rabinowitz, in the Sundance award winning short film, Family Remains. Annette went on to costar in many feature and independent films such as; Trees Lounge, Deconstructing Harry, Purple Violets, and most recently the HBO miniseries, Mildred Pierce. She has had the privilege of working alongside some very talented actors. As well as respected directors, such as, Steve Buscemi, Woody Allen, Neil Jordan, Tamara Jenkins and Todd Haynes. Having studied theater in community college, Annette pursued her original passion by making her debut on the Riverdale YM-YMHA staged production of Pinocchio (RiverTale Players) as Geppetto, The Fox and Ringmaster. This past spring she returned as Mrs. Gloop in Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, directed by Ben Becher. Perhaps because of an inner necessity to ‘play all the roles’, Annette was drawn to directing. This past June she taught (Art of Improv) and directed the children’s musical “Frog and Toad” at the Riverdale Y’s Summer Stage.
