Talise Trevigne Talise Trevigne is a singer recognized for roles such as: Violetta, Mimì, Juliette, Gilda, and Manon. She garnered Britain’s coveted Royal Philharmonic Society Music Award for her portrayal of Violetta in Graham Vick’s La Traviata with Birmingham Opera and the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra. Talise has performed around the world in venues such as La Bastille in Paris, Almeida Opera London, and Houston Grand Opera. During the 2012 season she débuts with San Francisco Opera and Washington National Opera. Talise created the roles of Pip the Cabin Boy in the world premiere of Jake Heggie’s smash hit Moby-Dick. Ms. Trevigne has performed as soloist with Chicago’s Ars Viva Symphony Orchestra, the Sacramento Philharmonic, and the Dallas Symphony. She appeared as vocal soloist in the world premiere of Dance Theater of Harlem’s St. Louis Woman – A Blues Ballet at the Lincoln Center Festival and The Kennedy Center, and as featured as guest soloist in New York’s Schumann Festival.This past summer Talise joined the Rising Stars team as Voice Coach at the RRS summer camp, Summer Stage. Talise looks forward to her continued work with RRS and the community at large.
